We are excited to welcome you to Westwood, MA at the end of September. The Deeper Learning Boston conference has a rich history. Although this is our inaugural year of the conference, the Deeper Learning movement began in the Northeast region and spread domestically and globally from there. Play as a Path to Reflection

How does play alter the way we see, hear, and understand the world and our relationships within it? In this session, we’ll consider ourselves, our social contexts & how to facilitate reflection with students through play! Both self-reflection & facilitating reflection with students is essential in developing a critical, justice-oriented teaching practice and curating a thriving learning ecosystem shaped by how our students understand themselves and the world. How can a creative, embodied, playful reflection practice transform how we facilitate and plan instructional experiences? How can reflective play (re)animate our own teaching & learning?
